File for divorce as my husband is asking for money and transfer my loa

I got married in Dec 2023 and I have stayed with my husband only for 10days He has been asking to transfer my existing 10 lakh loan to my parents and pay his house loan of 37lakhs He has been talking rudely to me and has been asking to share each and every transaction on how Iam using my salary He has taken a dowry of 2lakh and not shared a single wedding expense So I came home after 10days with him I want to file a divorce now He doesn't want me to share a single penny to my parents

hi if you want to file for divorce then you need to wait alteast 1 year of marriage then only you could do it and if he id behaving rudely then you could file for domestic violence case and also for maintenance
