File for divorce and wants to separate from his wife

My brother is separated from his wife since 1 year with some disturbances and his wife is suffering from cancer Present my brother wants to separate from his wife and wants to marry another girl What is the legal advice to solve this problem

hello, yes you can file a divorce case or mutual divorce case both are little bit diff from each other ,maximum 6months are enough to grant a divorce degree ,and after you can remarry again to another girl.

If your brother lives separately with his wife for one year then definitely goes for divorce and also she is suffering with cancer and your brother can get divorce with his wife and after divorce he can marry another girl, approach to any advocate he will help your brother, approach us we will help you in getting divorce

hi if he wants to file for divorce then he could file for divorce on grounds of physical and mental cruelty in competent family court and that after obtaining divorce then he could perform another marriage
