File divorce for extramarital affair

My wife had been in a room with other guy and found out cheating since many days. She visited his house many times I have their chats and room booking details. Can i file mutual divorce without much trouble & can they claim alimony? I have her voice record confessing their love and staying in hotel can i add voice recording as evidence as well? My wife accepted and willing to stay with me but i want divorce please help.

Dear Sir, You can go for mutual divorce as your wife is willing to stay with her boy friend. You may agree for divorce without any alimony. If you do not take steps immediately she may change her thinking process and deny mutual divorce. It is very hard to get divorce by the husband on the ground of adultery.

hi. if both are agreeing for divorce you can file for mutual consent divorce case, if she is not agreeing then you can file contesting case, in contesting case the grounds will be cruelty, adultery, since you have evidences then no issues. for more information and clarification. pls feel free to contact me. thanks
