I can file for divorce under section 13 A and 13B for mutual consent and either for contested divorce. The procedure in 13A is for 2 to 3 hearings and for contested divorce it is upto minimum 2 years however it depends on the lawyer how quickly he an dispose the case .The first stage in both the proceedings is mediation first and then the proceedings proceeds further .I visit indore high court also and district court . mam first of all you need to inform whether it is a mutual divorce or contested divorce if it is a mutual divorce where you and the other party have given consent for it then the documents required for that will be aadhar card,pan card rent agreement if (living on rented property) + 7 photographs of marriage as marriage proof + marriage certificate or marriage invitation card
