Mine is court marriage, i have certificate My husband married another girl in temple. Now he wants divorce from me. I m nt ready to give consent, then to can he dvorce me without my consent. I have 8 yrs old son.

You have the right to challenge Divorce in Family court .You will have to attach you marriage certificate along with marriage photos n few more documents. You can file RCR in Family court to claim your right to conjugal rights.

Well, if you are not ready to Divorce your Husband, then, no one can force you to Divorce your Husband. Without your consent, it will become hard for him to seek Divorce, considering, he will surely not get Mutual Divorce without your consent for Divorce, but, he may get a Unilateral Divorce based on certain grounds, but for that, he has to contest in courts for years continuously.
