Feel like being cheated from girlfriend who is married

I am 34 years old unmarried boy. I am having affair with a married women for the last 10 years. Situation changed in last 1-2 years, she started earning Well than me her homely condition started doing better and than she started fighting with me on every single things. Yesterday she fighted with me and lodge a NC against me in local police station. I feel like cheated from her. Due to this I want to file defamation case. Can law will hear me. I feel very depressed.

Morally you were in mistake while remaining in a relationship with a married lady and therefore it is advisable for you to part your ways from her and forget about the past. As for legal action, you may go for defamation against her but she may also file case against you by leveling false allegations of stalking her

You might get in trouble if the lady files false rape case against you, also in such cases if the husband of lady finds out, then he might take legal action against you by forcing her wife to file FIR against you. You must stay away from her. Also there appears to be no facts related to defamation in your query, so I dont feel defamation case will help you here.
