Father Rite to met Child & Any sections with landmark judgements

I have not seen my child for the last 1.5 years. I already Filed child visitation and custody case under section 9,25 & 7. also filed an application to meet child under a DV case before 12 months, but I still not met or seen the child even her birthday too.... My wife advocate saying to met at her home but my advocate not insist. My wife field case under 498A,406,504,323,114 & Dowery Act 3&4 .and DV Act Sec 12,17,18,19,20,21 and Sec 125 Maintenance. I already paying maintance to wife & Child

Namste, you can file a case under Guardian and wards act and filed interim application for vistation. which place you filed a case of guardian? why she did not want to meet your child ? is there any interim order to meet child ? What is the status of the case you filed under guardian and wards act ? what is the status of other cases ? Adv Khevna Reshamwala
