Father blocked children's tc and troubling in his children's education

Children are not allowed to continue to study in the new school since father blocked children's tc from issuing from their old school

This becomes a small internal matter within family if you all are living together and child's father is paying fees and maintaining all expenses Law will not interfere in this matter. However, you can take legal action if you are maintaining expenses.

File a domestic violence case and initiate action through protection officer, you can easily get a relief from the court, the court will consider such reliefs immediately approach any advocate and file the case
