Fastracking contested divorce help

I contested divorce against wife in Nov 2022, she transferred it to another court in Apr 2023, later got it dismissed as didn't appeared by Nov 2023. In the meanwhile, she was continuously making false cases on me, including DVC and dowry harassment. We are separated since Apr 2022 and our marriage lasted only a year. No children. Can I apply to fastrack court with old HMOP itself, telling it is prolonging for past 2 years, or open a fresh one?
Definetly we can opt for speedy trial before the High Court. All relevant documents and evidences needs to be produced to shoe that there has been undue delay. Also that the delay is wilful and wanton and the case has been dragging.
