Q: Challenge the CIC order. Case is closed, but, information not provided

In CIC hearing the commision stop the hearing without listening my case. three of my case is listed but they heared only two and disconnect the VC. pass the oredr in the favour of respondent without providing me any information of my RTI. Order passed/uploded on website 21.04.2025. Hearing on dated 09.0402025.

file a pil at your state's high court against this. also do challenge the order on these claims and keep the evidences ready at your behest. make sure to follow proper procedure or it can go against you.

Q: Service not provided by LG service center

I had purchased refrigerator which is not working properly.Service center is not responding as my refrigerator is in warranty.Can it falls in consumer court

yes it definitely falls in deficiency in service as lg is not providing archive/warranty. there are numerous ways in which you can go forward. 1. consumer complaint at online portal. 2. legal notice. 3. consumer case at your local consumer forum.

I had purchased refrigerator on this diwali.As per my opinion that refrigerator is not working properly.LG service center is not providing service inspite of many complaints.Even I had mailed LG MD also But just got acknowledge mail and still no one come to Check that refrigerator So in this case what I can do

note down the acknowledgement mail and service number. complain at the INGRAM portal for consumer grievance. most problems are solved like this. if still not working then we can send a legal notice.

firstly file an rti application regarding the matter. then file a grievance complaint through the punjab public grievance portal.after that we can file a pil for contempt of court order done by the public agencies.
