Family Issues with wife and her family. We both are divorcees

Me and wife both are working in Dubai. We got married in 2011 and by 2016 my wife is into bad frienships. I warned her and informed her parents. From that time she is regularly fighting. In 2021 she packed my stuffs and had over to my friend when I was in India. Till that time she and her relative blocked me on calls and all modes. I want to meet her and solve the issue but she is not allowing that. Even her mother and relatives are not coming forward to solve the issue. We have 2 kids.
As you have mentioned that you want to meer your wife and solve the issues between you two, the only way is to file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights before the Court. However, initially you can issue legal notice through a lawyer regarding the issues to be resolved between you two and ask her for reunion for the sake of kids. If nothing works you can go for divorce.

Try to sort out amicably and reconcile with her, and also you can prefer to file a Petition before the Family Court for Restitution of Conjugal Rights; if you believe that your spouse had deliberately deserted you without proper reason or cause.
