Family issue ,wife were high attitude and ego ,left house most time

Hi Sir My marries happened six years completed and having two child now one is 4.5 ur and other is new born baby. She is only child of his parents and what she says parents believe .She always left sasural I and she live on rent ,she usually leve sasural and live with parents and don't talk to me 3-4 month again 6 month and now after new born she left and living with their parents .Made all control over the 4.5 yr child what she says she talk me .her family always tries to dominate me.

First send a legal notice to her asking her come back to your home. If she doesn't give any response, file a petition of section 9, HMA in court for restitution of conjugal rights. The court will order her to come to your house and start living with you. If she still doesn't start living with you, you can file a divorce petition in the court.
