Family and spouse torture mentally financially physically

I did love arrange marrige 8 months ago now my spouse n inlaws torturing me I am 5 months pregnant currently in my parents house my husband not answering my call he want divorce I want my parents money which they give them in dowry and also want future maintenance for me and my unborn child what I have to do for this?

You can only file divorce after completion of 1 year of marriage ,however in some exceptional cases it can be filled earlier. You first file an FIR against husband and in-laws for want of dowry and harassment under section 498 A and section 3/4 Dowry prohibition act. If u have the details of dowry then u can get bit back including stridhan .You will definitely get maintenance and permanent alimony for u and ur unborn child (through u ) by filling separate maintenance case. Also file a case against Domestic Violence as there is a separate provision for compensation for the victim . Contact me for any help.

you should file maintenance case i.e of sec 125 in family court and dowry & Domestic violence case..... and if u want to live in your husband house you should file sec 9 i.e restitution of conjugal rights case as well as domestic violence against others. For more Detail consult .....
