29-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My question is we taken anticipatory bail and we received summon from court to attend on 11-12-2020.we should appear in court yes or no.we need to take regular bail or no please suggest me and after 3years charge sheet is filed that also false fir also false in this condition what to do please suggest me it’s a humble request
yes you have to take regular bail and you should try to attend the first hearing. in case you are not attending at least an advocate has to go with your vakalth and seek time from court for you to come with a surety to obtain regular bail. you are anticipatory bail laps on Thursday chargesheet is filed. make arrangements to get your surety for a regular bail first.
