false RCR case which is filed by my husband to skip maintainance

In may 2022 i was diagnosed with angiogram, my husband wantedly blocked my number thinking that i may ask money for my treatment. he used to put my number not reachable or block my number when i come to my moms place. hi if he had filed RCR case only to avoild maintenance then you could contest the case as it is based on all false allegations and that he had only kicked you out of the house amf making false allegations

hello,what about the rcr case did you replied or went to the court no issues you can file for first custody of child ,maintainace case ,if you want divorce case , dvc case etc you have so many options you can ask for alimony also
