False Injury report submitted in court basis which fir filed

My wif has filed 498 a DV case against me. She has produced a fake medical report . The police in charge sheet did not consider her report. Also on the day of biolence i was not in the city which i can prove by my CDR which i have. I want to know how can i challenge this medical report. My lawyer in lower court told me this can be done only in high court.

As you are telling, your wife has filed a case against you under 498 DV and has submitted a fake medical report. If so, then you can go to the High Court under Section 482. Section 482 provides inherent power to the High Court. If the court feels that any doctor who has made a fake report has made a fake report, then the court can call him for appearance and ask him. Dear Client, Whatever evidence you have just produce it before Trial Court and then Trial Court will examine all facts of the case and as per the High court part is concern you should try to quash the Charge Sheet.
