False income papers submitted by spouse to avoid/lessen alimony divorc
02-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi,
My sister is currently undergoing a divorce case. Her husband works in MNC and has submitted false income documents in a court to lessen the maintenance/alimony amount.
My sister has started working but her salary very low and not sufficient at all to manage household expenses. She also has the responsibility of their 5 yr old daughter on her shoulders.
How should we proceed to handle this situation? What are the best ways to his original income statements?
the Documents produced by your Sister's Husband is not proved unless it is appreciated or considered by the Ld. Judge.
to disprove those documents you can make a application in the Court to issue summons to the HR department of the Company where your Sister's Husband work or else you can call for the records from that company.
