False education details at the time of marriage

Can I file a divorce case on my wife for showing false education details at the time of marriage.

Marriage once consummated can only be broken with the orders of court after one year of a marriage. Even the divorce case may be filed only after one year of marriage. If that be the case as you mentioned then it is considered as a criminal offence. you need to appoint an advocate to pursue legal remedies.

Yes you can file divorce agains your wife and also you can file cheating and fraud case again your wife at the time of marriage she was produced false document's. why she is chating with you marriage relationship is bond between not only husband wife but also two families. so if you want to take legal action against her . you go ahead
