False DV Case & demand for maintenance

11-May-2025 (In Divorce Law)
My wife has filed a false domestic violence case against me & demanded maintenance from me based on that. Currently she is non-working but was working before marriage. She stayed with me for 2 months. I want to go to High court to quash her false charges. 1.If I am able to quash her DV charges in High court then will I still be required to pay maintenance to her? She has demanded for maintenance based on DV charges. 2.How much time will take in the high court proceedings of above matter?

If the DV case is quashed, maintenance under DV Act ends, but she can still seek it under other laws if she proves need. High Court quashing takes around 4 months, longer if contested. And for further details u can contact me and i can guide you further in this matter.
