False DV Case & demand for maintenance

My wife has filed a false domestic violence case against me & demanded maintenance from me based on that. Currently she is non-working but was working before marriage. She stayed with me for 2 months. I want to go to High court to quash her false charges.
1.If I am able to quash her DV charges in High court then will I still be required to pay maintenance to her? She has demanded for maintenance based on DV charges.
2.How much time will take in the high court proceedings of above matter?
