Since the dowry case is based on historic evidence unrelated to the marriage and the chargesheet lacks substantive proof, you have strong grounds to file a quashing petition under Section 482 CrPC in the High Court to dismiss the case for lack of evidence. A legal notice to the complainant can also be sent, and where necessary, civil remedies for declaration or damages may be pursued to protect your reputation and rights.

File a quash petition under Section 528 of BNSS in the High Court to dismiss this baseless FIR. Since the receipt predates the marriage by 7 years, it fails as evidence. Seek interim stay on proceedings.

To challenge a fake dowry case with no evidence, you should file a quashing petition under Section 482 of the CrPC (or Section 528 of BNSS) before the High Court. Highlight that the gold receipt predates the marriage by 7 years, making it irrelevant. You can also seek discharge from the trial court.
