what should i do if my wife is going to put a false domestic violence allegation on me and my family ?

If her domestic violence is false and fabricated then you must file a written complaint to the police station of your area regarding your grievances. And you can also file section 9 if you want to go legal. And if you don’t want to live with her then you have an option to go for divorce also.
