FALSE COMPLAINT IN WOMEN CELL OF DOWRY/DOMESTIC VIOLENCE BY MY WIFE

This issue is on my friend's behalf. I got married on 21st March 2021 and my wife stayed over my place only for 1 month and then she went to her parent's place by saying I want to go for some days because there were many fights and conflicts between me and my wife. her habit of saying lies on each and every thing is the main issue between us and then she didn't come back..Its been more than 5 months she is at her parents place. Now, on 28th Sep, She filed a complaint in women cell in Rampur, U.P mentioned we asked for dowry, everyone in my family used to hit her etc.. What should I do because I dont want my parents would face any trouble..I want to protect me and my family as well.

Hi You should file a police complaint stating that the complaint is false and describing all the information which will show your good faith. In case you receive any notice from the cell, you will have to send a reply of the same. We shall be able to guide better after seeing the documents or any notice you must have received

hello client as you said you are on the verje if getting implicated through women cell on rge basis of false complaint from your wife side. as you are saying tht its a false case so i can help you in this matter need to go through full case file documents to help you.

U need to immediately take legal advice n shoot a notice from the inception ! These types of false allegation are common nowadays from both sides …however u don’t hv any other option at the moment ..plz b in touch asap
