Sir/madam i am nri and because I was pressurized to marry a girl without knowing much about her. After marriage I came to know about her intentions of using me of going abroad. Now she complained in women commission against me n my family.. plz help
You will have to contest the particular complaint on merit as there is no particular shortcuts to win over such complaints. If you are able to produce the relevant conduct of the complainant to the court then you may win it.

If your wife has already filed a complaint against you then there is no other way out except to contest the same and proove her wrong. That complaint will change into FIR later on and then also either you will compromis or contest the same
