sir you cannot clearly stated weather fir richfield or not if fir is filed then you must get an anticipate rebel before the court and is participated balan sachin condition the court will grand for you and for posting the fir the supreme court has made recent judgement the that if you are will be posed only when the complaint does not discloses the offences so you there your wife complaint at discloses the funs are not we must see on that condition only affair can we cost but you can go and make a compromise and can end the case by the mistake of fact so the police will automatically closed if share by mistake of act so if you are you are thinking that are multiple complication will arise out of the matrimonial disputed then you must go for the legal advice from the professional sir you had said your wife is not willing to divorce and she also demanding huge money that is not a problem only through the negotiations and through the legal legal works we can solve that problem you cannot predicate each and every matter unless both the parties go through a mediation account problem by various means of legal methods
