False charge on the boy and forcing him to marry

The girl has filed a complaint against the boy just after the break up and has falsely accused him for abusing her and being sexually active because the boy had promised her to marry. nThe boy ended the relationship because indirectly she was mentally torturing him by fighting over trivial matters and always suspecting him for having relationship with the other girls. nnPlease provide some help in regards of the above…

if it is true that their relationship was on the basis of promise of marriage then you have to prove that the boy's intent was not to defraud /cheat the girl from the initial point itself i.e. no false promise of marriage when they came in relationship and the boy left her because of the unusual change in circumstance (mental cruelty, impossibility to live together,etc) ,which was not in his foresight.
further coming to the second point which is sexual intercourse if it is proved that the act was with free consent and without false promise as stated above then it would not amount to rape or sexual abuse subject to the age of girl because if the girl is minor(below18 years) then the act will amount to rape
