False Cases & FIR of Maintenance and Dv

My Wife filed 2 cases against me u/s 125 CRPC & 12 Dv Act. In both cases, she submitted an affidavit & claimed different things. In the maintenance case affidavit, she said we have a minor baby and in dv case affidavit she saying i am refusing to maintain her and my two daughters. All cases filed in Karkardooma Court Delhi Please

We advise you to immediately engage a lawyer and seek detailed legal consultation for both the cases filed against you by Your spouse. Get a proper reply drafted and filed in both. the respective cases. For granting maintenance certain things court has to consider like educational qualification, earning capacity, income, assets, standard of living etc

If by what you say is exactly the case, then the case should not sustain. If you're not paying maintenance then you will have to pay. You need to be clear in your words only then I may be able to assist you.
