False case of DV filed by wife who also indulged in parental abduction

My wife left my house in my absence with my only child and under people's influence has filed a case of domestic violence after 8 months of being away, based on past incidents. She is also an unemployed person with my child in her custody. I have no information for past 9 months of their where abouts. I had filed a case against her but withdrew as it was impacting my health and work and now suddenly this notice. Please advise.

I thing you should move with this case. keep yourself present before court and by the way of counselling through the court try to sort out your case. If she is not ready for cohabiting with you then with mutual consent you should take further decision.

If you want to continue your marriage then you may file restitution of conjugal rights petition to restart cohabitation. You may get her address in the petition of Domestic violence case filed by her.
