HI,
in your 498A case you already got the bail from the police and then there will be no problem to your parents as now immediately. as A1 you already got the bail you also produce your mother and father to police they will automatically grant the bail to them. if you suspect police that your wife will maintain them then you can approach the court and file anticipatory bail petition before the court, and you will definitely get the result from court.
court will consider one most important point that your parents are senior citizens and they will get the priority.
you record all the phone conversations and file a private complainant in the criminal court under section 200 of CRPC.

Hi
If you have got a bail from the PS, then no worries. in all likelihood, parents will not be arrested.
However you can still get bail from the court for your parents. Based on FIR only,
Even filing 498 A and harassing is a ground for filing Divorce.

Dear,

Generally your parents being old they cannot be arrested and basing on the allegations of the FIR against your parents if the offences are made out then it is better for them to try for an Anticipatory bail. If she is harassing with the help of police and goons lodge a private complaint against all such people before the magistrate...
