False case / allegation against my friend and his family by his wife

My friend got married on End of August 2021 and his wife has past medical history which is hidden to him before marriage, when we ask this to her parent, they have lodged a compliant against him and his family, got a call from police and appeared for inquiry but from his wife side no one appeared on that day, also we did not get chance to see the compliant copy given against us and we are not sure whether CSR is created for this and not Sure FIR is created on this case.
1. In this situation is there a possibility to get arrest my whole family? If yes what is the next step for us, when whole family in station will be getting an option to apply for bail?
2. what is the next step will happen in this case?
3. how to prove that this is false allegation on us?
4. Is there any chance to ask legally about their medical condition? since they are not vocalic
5. If found there medical condition is true, whether is there an option to file a divorce on this? since marriage less than 1 yr

if there is any medical issue, based on the medical issue, you can file a case for nullification of marriage, meanwhile since the police complaint is filed, I suggest you to take anticipatory bail to u and your family members.
