False and vague/ character assassination under crpc 125

Hello everone!nnI hv a q that if wife initiate 125 with vague alligation and false alligation of husbands character that he is involve with prostitutions and other bogus alligation then what is stand of judiciary at initial stage , why d judiciary is always be in favour of wife even false alligation without any evidence....awarding maintenace to a wife who has approached to court with ill minded and concoated story with husbands character assassination......pls guide d stand on this situation and remedy to husband.....pls answer only highly knowledgable in same field with good record of winning false case in favour of husband...

It’s just a matter of arguments in maintenance cases. The husband can also claim maintenance from his wife if she is capable of earning and maintaining herself then the husband. You can always file for divorce or application under section 9 to indulge your wife in litigation. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

There is a tendency nowadays where the estranged wife puts false and vague allegations in the DV and maintenance petitions to extract money and harass the husband and his family. All allegations needs to be proved by leading evidence however maintenance can be granted on other considerations like wife's incapacity to earn, income and living standard of the husband etc
