False allegations of dowry demand

My wife filed a case against me after 4 years of marriage by stating i have demanded for dowry which ih false and I am staying seperately with wife from last 2 years and she involved my parents and sister and brother in law.her father is si so she is doing all these things. How can I prove that she had filled false allegations

Hello u go for quash ...in quash ur dowry case will be disposed and have u or she applied for divorce and please share ur Fir number so I can check and give u more clarity on ur case...filling in high court with quash case will be more advantage to u

hi you could file quash petition to quash the FIR against you and other family members as it is based on all false allegations and that you were not connected to the allegations mentioned in the FIR and to discharge you
