False Accusations On Pre Divorce Notice

My father in law on Behalf of my husband without his knowledge has sent a pre divorce notice to me with all false allegations for which i have all documented medicines . He intends to separate my husband and me as we had 2 infant losses born due to congenital issues .....should i repond to the notice or ignore it ...pls advice

you received legal notice for divorce then you can send them reply notice for that you can denie all facts what he stated in notice you need deni all aligation against made by your husband within 15days you can send and cors check he filed divorce are not without knowledge also they will file some time

You have to respond and a copy to be marked to your husband. It must be known to every body so that you can have strong defense and your father in law is afraid of his mischievous activities otherwise he will create a power of Attorney and sell your husband property etc. Curtail his liberty now itself.
