False accusations by Wife and threatening for money

Mentally tormenting our family and me form last 10 months. Giving threatening of doemstic violence and threatening for spoiling our family reputation in the society

In such situation arose then if husband wants to move for amicable talks and settlement then move with restitution Petition or if now things got worst then move with divorce Petition on the ground of cruelty. Also to file criminal case against wife.

it is your wife or any other relatives firstly u send a legal notice and and file a complaint for harras want against her or also u can file a divorce petition for further proceedings u contact or consultation I'm in my office
