False 498a and DV case by wife and her father on family

My wife .... Who was living peacefully...suddenly started fighting with parents and now want to prepare non veg food(in a bid to make them exit the house, fights a lot and disrespect them in everyway possible).. Now she came with alwyer and thretened to dial 100 and file 498a case( which is false) against me and my parents. What can I do when I suspect she might file this to settle her ego and force me to seperate from parents.

hello sir, if your wife have already filed a complaint under section 498a ipc, then firstly, look for the chance of getting arrested and if there is a chance then get an anticipatory bail for all the parties meintioned in the complaint. and thereby you can file a case of Domestic violence against your wife.

She cannot force you to take separation from your parents, she can separate or file domestic violence cases as well as maintenance.
My suggestion will be to resolve the issues take the help of mediation, in case both the parties are not willing to stay together then file a divorce case. For all legal proceedings, only a lawyer can help to proceed with it successfully.
