My wife filled false case against me and my family. Now should I inform my hr or manager as I fear they will send letter tk my company. My company policies is written ad they can terminate employee if he found involved in any criminal offence.
You are not yet found involved in any criminal offence yet. as of now only allegations are made you that to it is in the nature of family offence, charges may have been made but you are not yet found guilty.

first you take an anticipatory bail and you need not inform the company, further engage a lawyer and proceed as per law by filing appropriate applications to all the claims and cases filed by your wife. in criminal case of 498A , etc take bail and do whatever is required by giving complete information to your advocate.
