Fake marriage and blaikmailing.

24-Nov-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Ab jab family ko pata chala or sabne mere bhai ko samjhaya to isne ladki se kaha ise khatm karke pehle family ko agree karte hai but ab ladki or uske ghar waale blackmail kar rahe hai or bol rahe hai ki nahi ab to tumhe ladki ko rakhna hoga varna police complaint karenge. So please aap hi kuch sujjest kariye ham kya kare. We will be thankfull to you please sir

If both parties want to get into a marital relationship, they should do so through legal means. If not then we can approach the police authorities for protection. The issue should be resolved amicably as the affidavit would show the intent of both parties to get married.

the marriage of your brother is not valid as it is not registered first and secondly it is not performed as per the Hindu rites where satpadi is mandatory that is taking seven pheras. until and unless these two requirements are fulfilled they cannot be regarded as husband and wife. now of the girl family intentionally blackmail you, you can give a written complaint in the police station as well as to the superintendent of police also.
