Failed mediation in supreme court

13-Jul-2024 (In Divorce Law)
For a divorce transfer petition, had requested a time bound mediation, which was granted by the honorable Supreme Court. However, 2 minutes into the mediation my wife requested the mediator to fail the mediation as she was interested in contesting the case and not mediating at all. The mediation did end up as a failure. Need advice on the next course of action here (including possibilities)

In 90% of the transfer petition cases , it end up in wife favour as the rules are very lenient in their favour so you have to contest case where your wife homes is located . If possible get your personal appearance exempt off from appearing on each hearing

get married if you wish. if you want to contest the case, do it. honorable family court will decide the fate of the case and contest for longer period than she is expecting than she should request you for mediation and settlement, take your time don't be in Hurry to mediate with her.
