Fail To Comply Restitution Of Conjugal Rights

We are residing in bangalore at an rented apartment ,my in laws due to some family fued took him along leaving me behind ,after a week i am receiving a legal notice for divorce from my husband with all fasle accusations .We have sent a defence statement with restitution of conjugal rights .what will happen if he fails to comply ?
Nothing happened, until and unless you filed case against your husband for seeking reliefs of restitution of conjugal rights. He never come forward to take back you because his intention in sending notice to you that divorce only. therefore file a restitution of conjugal rights.
