Facing issues within a one year of marriage

I got married recently in March 2021 through a matrimonial site. But after marrying i have been torturing by my husband and mother in law and when I raised issues over the inconveniences I was facing in my husband's home ...my husband wants seperation from me.. I wanna know that within a year of marriage what are my legal rights. As I am not working right now n preparing for job .. he is private sector job n earning well .what are my financial or legal rights ... Will he easily get rid of the situation..he is very cunning so well MIL.. what should I do. please answer me here only

hello mam as you have written your issue are very much serious in nature tht is not at all doubtfull. in this condition you need to take legal steps on urgent basis to get rid of over all siruation and get all the culprits behind the bar.

Hello mam, If he wants divorce then either you have option to reject it or can ask for maintenance or alimony in full. Or if he doesnt pay you this or sent you to your house then you must not go and file complaint in your nearest mahila thana and after that you can file dv against them. You seem a victim of cruelty n domestic violence…if u have reached this platform that means u hv tried your best to save your marriage. Anyways u can hire one advocate to understand the legalities n options ..all the best
