Facing adultery and cheating in marriage suffering from depression

I'm 34 year old women and from Muslim religion. I married to Hindu person through special marriage act. I found out that he is cheating and having sexual relationship with multiple other women including house maid, prostitutes etc. Even I Confronted he keeps denying everything. I am not financially independent . What shall I do ? Pls help

I have gone through your query. You are going through emotional and mental cruelty. You can file for Divorce on grounds of adultery. You can file for Domestic Violence for monetary and other relief. It amounts to domestic violence and therefore you may very well file a complaint before the nearest magistrate for commission of domestic violence against him. You may also file another complaint before the police station.

You can file for a divorce petition against your husband on the ground of cruelty and adultery if he is cheating and having sexual relationship with other women. Since you are not financially independent, you can also claim for maintenance from your husband along with the divorce petition.

Well, you can seek Divorce from your Husband, if he cheats you & behind your back, he has remained engaged in doing Extramarital Affairs. If he pressurized you to change your Religion, you can file a case of Love Zihad.
