Faced physical abuse by my in laws and husband.

I was being physically abused by my husband and my in laws. They are not ready to take care of my two daughters. When I went to the police station they did not file an FIR against it. They even threw me out of their house and I am living in my mother's house.

have you given the complaint in written in police station with the recieving on it. when did they threw you out of the house. where are your daughters residing right now. what relief you want right now.

you need to file a domestic violence case , and maintenance case for demanding maintenance for yourself and children ,once you filed the case ,the court will order them to appear in court, file court case

If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal then you can also file a petition under section 12 DV or section 125 CrPC and claim maintenance for yourself. And if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

here the best remedy you can opt is to file a domestic violence case against your in laws , here he will give you money for your and your daughters expenses also you can file a seperate maintainace case against your husband where he will be liable to pay your and your daughters expenses. any one case can be files. I will suggest you to go for domestic violance case as you are physically abused and you will also be given monthly expenses by your husband. you can contact for more clarification nd details. thank you
