Extra marital affair/cheating concern

My husband and I are still not divorced, but he has an extra marital affair with another divorcee and has a kid through her. Can the divorcee file a case against my husband for not divorcing me and not marrying her? Ours is a catholic marriage.

That divorcee can only file a case against your husband for maintenance of that child and not for anything more. But if you cont you can file for divorce against him for adultery as that woman's Child is evidence for your case.

no she cannot file without divorce with you and she can not file any case regarding her illegal relationship and if the children born by your husband than children can file maintenance case against your husband
