Extra Marital Affair With Tenant

Wife having affair with tenant. Husband knows and told wife that he knows. But wife not allowing tenant to vacate and threat husband to file domestic violence case and hurt child and parents. Tentant now taking benefits and not paying rent and freely comes to husband living area. Husband unable to understand how to handle this situation. Husband pays home emi and need rent.

give a vacate notice to tenant lawfully and give one moth time. after that file a vacate suit in the court. in this procedure tenant to taking advantage and your wise also not interfere. bcouse that house in your. name and you pay the emi. if the doing any violence then make a police complaint. against him
