Extra marital affair with my ex lover but i want to stay with my husba

I had sex with my ex lover and my husband came to know. He has some of our casual chat messages and Hotel check-in details ( we stayed in single room). I regret everything and willing to stay loyal from now on. My husband wants divorce. Can i claim alimony? or can i reject divorce notice?

if your husband is willing to pay you alimony if go ahead cooperating with him for divorce and come at a settlement you may get it , Rejecting divorce notice is not going to help you. as the court is going to give one sided judgement to him. y

Dear Madam, On isolated act of adultery no Court will allow Divorce Petition filed by husband. You may just deny and your Advocate will look after how to tackle the case when your husband really files such Divorce Petition never agree for mutual divorce without alimony. Let him go to Court.
