Extra marital affair of husband

Hi, me and my husband are married for more tha 15years but not having good relationship though. We have adopted a teenager girl 10 years ago. From past 10 years he is having an affair with a lady and now she is pregnant. What action I should take and is it legal what my husband is doing so???

no your husband is doing is not legal before taking any action detail discussion is cumpulsory before getting into litigation or anything what you need is relief and not getting drained for years and years in court you must think before you leap moreover what action will benefit you is important also

You can apply for a contested divorce against your husband and if you are unemployed then you may file a maintenance case too.. There are more provisions to file a case against your husband depending on the facts and circumstances therefore you need to have a proper consultation with me. absolutely not, you can file a case of 498 firstly then a case of maintenance from court after that, when you complete 1 year of separation, you can file a divorce case, and you will get it, then you can move on.
