EXTRA MARITAL AFFAIR BY HUSBAND PLANNING TO GO ABROAD

Husband is planning to dispose off all property and going abroad with single woman. Has admitted to affair but wife has no proof. What can wife with two children do?

In that case you must immediately approach a civil court for grant of prohibitory injunction against your husband. You should request for seizure of this passport. There are many remedies available to you but you’ve to excercisr them promptly and effectively. You may also file a domestic violence case against him for mental cruelty. Since this one is of criminal nature, court would prevent him from going abroad.
