Extra Marital Affair by Husband

My husband and myself are not living together since 5th month of marriage. He went out of the house. Now he is in relationship with another unmarried woman. I have filed divorce under 13 1 (ia) recently. How can I prove their relationship? She supports my husband in business matter professionally. I have only Phone call history of his Sim Card where they speak at undue time. Is this sufficient?

It depends on the contents of the untimely conversations. The only way is to have direct evidence regarding adultery committed by your husband. Spying on him has its own positive and negative. Even otherwise you can rely on other evidence to prove cruelty which is much wider.
