Divorce proceedings are pending in Hubli family court from 3 years.....can husband pary to Bangalore high court to expedite or faster the case proceedings...can Bangalore high court order Hubli family court which will come under dharwad high court jurisdiction? Note : Husband filed the divorce case after Restitution of conjugal rights order on behalf of husband...order passed in 2020..
