exparty in divorce got by me when filed for conjugal

advocate got me exparty divorce when i asked him to contest for conjugal roghts filed by my husband any chance of reopening the case as we were living together after that exparty order too now when i told him recently about this he is saying we are divorced we were not living together any remedy he is not remarried recentky till march 2023 also we were having physical relationship

It looks like you did not read the petition for divorce before signing it. Petition for divorce cannot be filed without your signature and without your appearance before the court. Your ex-husband can reopen the case and then you can withdraw the divorce case based on reunion.

This is very difficult to believe because you must have signed the petition and proof affidavit and various other documents. You might still be under some misconception. Please obtain a copy of the order that was passed in your case and show it to an advocate. If really you obtained a divorce decree unknowingly, your remedy is very complicated and involves multiple proceedings. please verify and get back
