My Sister Has Applied For Exparte Divorce And Recieved The Judgement.can she claim for alimony now or its not possible.

Yes. She can file seperate case under section 125 of criminal procedure code but it must be established as to why she has not claimed

Your sister can file a second case under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for maintenance, but not alimony provided she can prove she has no source of income. Alimony can be claimed only on divorce cases and since her husband was placed ex parte, it is unlikely that you can claim alimony.
